All-Dry Basement Systems is absolutely amazing. Their customer service is impeccable and they completely exceeded our expectations. Nick Chandler and his team are the epitome of professionalism. They are completely detail oriented and go above and beyond to be sure that your needs are completely satisfied and that the recommendations that are made are custom tailored to your home. When they came into our home they sat down with us so we could share with them the problems we were having. Nick (Chandler) also did a “walk-through” with us so that we were able to point out what we felt were the problem areas and he was able to make note of those and give those areas special attention when they did their assessment.  He was so helpful and incredibly patient with me as I asked a multitude of questions regarding the process, procedure and the products. After his assessment, he was able to make the recommendation as to what we would need to make our home not only waterproof but also Healthy. We live in a wonderfully quaint historic neighborhood in Old Hickory Village that has been called “Nashville’s Best Kept Secret” by many. The majority of the houses here were built in 1918 and the house that we live in is known as a 6 room bungalow that was also called “The Old Hickory”. As with any older house there are always problems that seem to be unique to those older homes. Personally we have lived in this house over 15 years and while we have always had a few issues, we had never encountered anything that wasn’t easily corrected. But on May 1, 2010,  that all changed as nearly every rainfall record conceivable was completely shattered and our home was one of the 11,000 properties in Nashville and the surrounding area that was severely damaged by the floodwaters. We had over 7 inches of water in our basement. When we cleaned up and got things back in order we did not realize that due to the floodwaters, permanent damage had been done to the structure of our home and that from here on out every time there was a significant amount of rain, our basement was going to flood. For the past few years, I have dealt constantly with constant moisture as well as rivulets of water coursing across my basement floor and toxic mold on the walls and floor, it was beyond disgusting. Nick (Chandler) and the All-Dry team came into our home completely cleaned everything out, destroyed the mold, repaired the damage, waterproofed our basement and also installed the E·Z Breathe® Ventilation System and now my daughter and I now have a healthy house free of mold and poisonous toxins  and we are ecstatically happy.

Was the office staff kind and courteous?
I don‘t remember, but I‘m sure they were, because rude staff is an immediate turnoff.

Was the scope of work explained in full detail ?
Very much so. Nick reviewed the property carefully, then explained that he would defer final determination until the sidewalk and paneling were removed and he could see where the leak was actually occurring. He explained what he believed the problem was and how he would remedy it.  

Was the system design specialist professional and helpful?
Nick was very professional, helpful, pleasant, cooperative, hardworking, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. He answered our constant barrage of questions very professionally and patiently and made sure we understood exactly what he was doing and why it would work.
